Our Time Is Now

My active streak continued this week. The pain is now just soreness which is perfect. I feel great and I am close to being in the best physical shape in a longtime, all I need is to get rid of this cast on my wrist and I can be back at 100% soon.

Designs Were Meant to Be Broken – Of Course of Course
One of the workouts I tried this week was a traditional mile repeat session. Why is it that we have incredible weather in Miami and have so few runner designatedareas? Everything is paved! I ran my workout on what I feel is one of the best places to train… a golf course on South Beach! We have so many courses in Florida, over 1250 of them, more than any other state in the country. In Miami alone there are over 30 courses making for acres of low impact running grounds with HILLS.
